Yeongnamnu Pavilion

About the attraction

Built on the bluff looking down at the river, it is designated a national treasure. Step up onto the floor and it opens on every side, taking in the Miryang River and the fields beyond. In the Joseon period it was where guests were received and poems composed, and the plaques hung then are hanging still. Open nine to six; at night the pavilion and cliff are lit, and it reads differently from across the river. Miryang Arirang Market is within walking distance.
