About the attraction

On Jeju, bracken is ground fine and cooked into yukgaejang. Simmered long, it dissolves into the broth until a spoon will hold upright in it for a moment. It is a different dish from the yukgaejang of the mainland. Mombuk, a seaweed soup, is served alongside — also something you eat only here. Doors open at six, so people off the first flight come straight for breakfast.
