Windy Hill, Maebongsan

About the attraction

Highland cabbage fields were cut into the ridge at the top of Maebongsan, with white wind turbines standing in rows between them. At thirteen hundred metres the wind stays cool through midsummer. Cars can drive up the track between the fields and there is ample space to park. There is no admission. But the road is sometimes closed during planting and harvest so as not to disturb the farming — check before driving up.
