Low heat cooks the centre, high heat sets the crust, and binchotan finishes it. Bite in and the smoke reaches you before the crunch does. The Berkshire K hirekatsu, served only at Nampo, uses black pork tenderloin — reason enough for people to pass the other branches and come here. Seating is a counter of about ten.
