Pork gukbap is breakfast and hangover cure in Busan, and this place answers that by never closing. The house bowl uses pork jowl, a fatty cut from beside the neck that stays tender in the broth. Meat, offal and mixed versions are also on offer. Counted among Busan's three great gukbap houses, so daytime means a queue.
