Instead of stacking everything into one tower, several low buildings were put up and the gaps between them treated as lanes. So you walk it rather than ride lifts between floors. A sushi restaurant, a katsu shop, cafés and select stores sit inside, with a terrace café on the ground floor. Ground Seesaw Hannam is close enough to pair.
