The axis from Gwanghwamun through Geunjeongjeon to Gyeonghoeru survives intact, so the architecture of the Joseon court reads in one line. The changing of the guard runs at set times in front of Gwanghwamun, and anyone in hanbok enters free. For limited runs in spring and autumn the palace opens into the evening; those tickets are sold online only and go quickly.
