Saryeoni Forest Path

About the attraction

A forest road of some ten kilometres crossing the eastern flank of Hallasan, with cedars standing in ranks that close over the sky. There is no admission and no parking charge. Starting from the Bulgeun Oreum entrance is easiest, with toilets and a car park. Most people do not walk the whole length but go in as far as they like and turn back. When it rains, mist rises between the trunks, and some come on grey days for exactly that.
