About the attraction

A low volcanic cone rising in the middle of Jeju City, fifteen minutes to the top. The evening light seen from here has long been counted among Jeju's ten scenes. From the summit you get the harbour, the city, and Hallasan on a clear day. It costs nothing, and the car park opposite the entrance is free too. Cars cannot go up. A path connects it to Byeoldobong next door, and the two are usually walked together.
