Black pork is grilled over charcoal here, and the wait is the longest of any grill house in the area — long enough that a second branch opened nearby to absorb it. It runs until eleven, which makes it workable as a late dinner. The beer alley and the printing lanes are both in the same quarter, good for a walk afterwards.
