About the attraction

Hotteok is usually pressed into a generous slick of oil. Here it goes onto a dry griddle, so the outside never turns soggy and the plain taste of the dough stays. Inside, the brown sugar melts and runs. It sits in the market lanes of Gunsan's old centre, and many people walk over from lunch at Bokseongru for one.
