Jamae Galbi Jeongol

About the attraction

Mul-galbi is a Jeonju method: instead of grilling, marinated ribs are simmered in stock like a hotpot. The meat softens and the broth takes on the flavour of the ribs. Once the meat is eaten, chives go into what is left and it is fried into rice — the last step of the meal. It is a short drive out from the hanok village, which is why most of the room is local.
