Not fried but roasted whole over burning wood, which crisps the skin and leaves the meat underneath moist. Medicinal herbs go in to settle the smell. It is among the older places in Hannam, has been through television and celebrity recommendations more than once, and even on weekdays the wait can run to an hour. It uses both floors.
