Dakbokkeumtang is served not in a pot but on a hot stone slab, the sauce reducing as you eat. The stone keeps giving off heat, so it never goes cold, and as the liquid cooks down the seasoning clings to the meat. Many people add a potato pancake. It is a block back from Gwangalli Beach on Gwangnam-ro.
