Chakhan Makchang Iksan

About the attraction

Makchang is the last stomach of the cow or pig; grilled properly it goes crisp outside and chewy within. Alongside it the kitchen sends out chilled pork belly and pork skin, which suits a table sharing several things. It opens at five and runs to midnight, in Iksan's Eoyang-dong, which fills up at night.
